Ryan is a founder of Atlantic Recreation Group. Prior to founding ARG, Ryan worked at Nitya Capital, a $3B+ private equity firm that owns and manages real estate assets across the US. Previously, Ryan worked at Berkadia, a Berkshire Hathaway and Jefferies Financial Group company where he secured debt/equity for real estate transactions. Ryan began his career with Goldman Sachs where he secured CMBS and balance sheet real estate loans for all asset types.
